How Much Time Does Your Team Spend Updating CRM After Calls?
Quick question for sales teams:
How much time do your reps spend updating the CRM after every call?
The call itself might take 5–10 minutes.
But after that:
📞 Call ends
→ 📝 Write notes
→ 💻 Open CRM
→ 🔄 Update call status
→ ⏱️ Move to the next task
Now imagine doing that after 20, 30, or 50 calls a day.
It’s not a huge task once.
It becomes a huge task when repeated all day.
That’s why automatic call logging is interesting. If call activity can flow into the CRM automatically, reps can spend less time maintaining records and more time on actual customer conversations.
But there’s a practical question:
Would your team trust automatic call logging enough to stop updating calls manually?
Or do sales reps still prefer writing their own notes?
How does your team handle it today?
